I have just had my kitchen refaced by Sam & Chris and I want to tell you how delighted I am with my new kitchen.

The kitchen took exactly the amount of time specified at our first meeting, everything that was promised was done and the workmanship was terrific. There were no delays and Sam and his crew arrived exactly on time every day. In the planning stage of the project you were very patient in answering any questions I had and provided me with excellent guidance with regard to design, materials to be used and sources for those materials.

Sam & Chris are hard working, professional and have a great disposition. You are lucky to have them. I certainly plan to use them on my next job.

Dear Marshall:

I am writing this letter to applaud the job recently completed by Sam & Chris.

Sam & Chris are professional in every sense of the word. My job was commenced the day before the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center.We all learned of the attack together. In spite of the ensuing confusion and sadness, my job was completed superbly.

Each day when Sam & Chris left for the day, my kitchen was clean and orderly. My new appliances and wallpaper were carefully protected.

In sum, I cannot think of enough adjectives to describe Sam & Chris' professionalism
